Tosca is the flagship restaurant of Eat Well Inc. Open for dinner only, Tosca is located on historic Hingham Harbor and offers creative regional Italian cuisine focusing on fresh New England flavors and local, seasonal ingredients. Constructed in the 1910 Granary Marketplace building, the award-winning restaurant boasts a theatrical setting with exposed brick, imported tiles, mahogany woods, and an open kitchen from which executive chef Divino Costa takes center stage.

                    I had the chicken under a brick with polenta and mushroom wine sauce. My husband had the sirloin tips with potatoes and asparagus. Both meals were outstanding. My chicken, polenta, mushrooms were a perfect taste combination. Then we shared the chocolate cake with mint ice cream, and it was out of this world. The cake melts in your mouth for the ultimate chocolate experience. This was our first time here and we will be back. Service was also excellent and we loved the warm ambience of the place. Highly recommended.

                    My husband and I experienced at Tosca was wonderful. Nice atmosphere, great service and very tasty food with beautiful presentation. Hubby had the filet mignon with roasted potatoes, I had the scallops for entrees; we shared the calamari. Everything was delicious. We will definitely dine with them again.

                    We were charged for 2 sorbets when we shared 1. When a couple sat at their table next to us, the man swung his chair to the window, rearranging his seat to be next to his lady. This caused them to be nearer to our table and next to my girlfriend/partner. The waitress dealt with the situation as best she could, re- arraigning their table. I think the situation could have been handled better either offering them a different table or having a manager interceded. It wasn't the greatest situation.

                    Amazing Valentines Day special experience! Delicious cuisine that we always expect from Tosca, topped off with amazingly attentive service and tables decorated with rose petals and candles everywhere. Wonderful ambiance enhanced with 2-piece jazz musicians covering favorites across the generations.
