while the food and ambiance were absolutely fantastic, the service left much to be desired. The dishes were well-prepared, and beautifully presented, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a great spot for a meal with friends or family. However, the service did not meet my expectations. It took too long to deliver our orders. On multiple occasions, refills were forgotten, and we had to remind her several times. It was disappointing, as the rest of the experience was so enjoyable.

The Sicilian pasta was delicious. The fresh brewed iced tea was dark and strong like it should be. And the server was attentive, friendly, and helpful for recommendations.

Just a simple dinner date. We were set outside in the extra seating. It was fine a little too hot but there we go food was great our server was wonderful.

Extremely disappointed. First, menu online is NOT what they currently have. Secondly the food was awful for most part. Chicken was extremely dry in not the Alfredo and Piccata. Neither dish was prepared as described. Service added 20% gratuity automatically for 5 adults and 2 children yet we saw him only when we ordered. Never checked in our meal being correct or quality. Water never refilled. Had to ask for things from staff passing table. Never saw a manager even though our food was awful and I let him know it. Would not ever recommend.

Server didn’t mention birthday, took 20 minutes for waiter to come to table for first time after sitting down. It took another 15 to get food, and then after eating and clearing plates, the waiter took 10 minutes to pickup check. Food and portion was fine, everything needed salt. Price was average, I would potentially order takeout but will likely not dine in again.

We took my husband’s team here for a holiday dinner. We were on time for our reservation. The server said he would be back in a minute and didn’t show up for 15 minutes. Our drinks didn’t arrive until we had been seated for 25 minutes. The server didn’t take the women’s orders first. When the meal arrived, one of them was missing. We had to wait several minutes for the last meal to arrive. The server didn’t check in to see if everything was ok. We would have had another round of drinks. To top it off, an automatic 20% service charge was added. This was not a 20% level of service. We will look for another option for next year.
