Located in the Garment District, Trademark Taste + Grind is surrounded by centuries of rich, New York and fashion industry history. Since its opening in 2016, Trademark Taste + Grind has paid homage to the strong, independent women ruling the Big Apple with details in hospitality, decor, and talent. The interior of Trademark Taste + Grind was designed by the female-owned Dallago Associates. The approachable American Bistro is helmed by Executive Chef Adrienne Guttieri, whose menu is laced with family recipes passed down for generations. These Italian signatures are featured alongside lighter twists on affordable steakhouse classics for lunch, dinner, and brunch services. Pair your meal with a thoughtfully crafted cocktail or rotating selection of beer and wine curated by Head Bartender and Certified Cicerone Mariel Burns. The space boasts semi-private, intimate booths and romantic archways leading into a charming dining room centered around an island bar. The walls are decorated with portraits of IGC Hospitality matriarchs that make the space feel like home for both everyday dining and large, private parties. Trademark is conveniently located between Grand Central Terminal and Penn Station and is just a stone's throw from Madison Square Garden, Macy's, and the Empire State Building. Trademark Taste + Grind is operated by IGC Hospitality, the team behind other notable NYC venues such as Park Avenue Tavern, Parker & Quinn, Refinery Rooftop, and The Wilson. Their service was extremely slow. And the restaurant was not even half full. Overall food was decent.

Trademark was a great place for me to meet family members for lunch. The menu is limited, but there was something for everyone with both healthy and not-so-healthy food choices. Service was pleasant. Best of all, we were able to get away from the noisy chaos of Bryant Park/Grand Central; the booths almost felt like private rooms.

We landed here on accident after another restaurant cancelled our reservation without telling us. Drinks and food were great and would definitely visit again.

The food was great, we had to order a second appetizer because of showing was. Definitely recommend the short rib and arancini. Not too crowded for a Friday night in NYC

Very nice place on a date or with friends. Chicken sandwich is a little dry and a little disappointing the burger don’t come with fries already but nonetheless the hamburger was very tasty. Would come again. Service was good

We just had a couple of drinks and apps. Service was very good, our server was very nice and attentive. Food was delicious.

Wanted something nice, while still in walking distance to Penn Station! Trademark was exactly what I was looking for. My husband and I stopped in for dinner before a concert and WOW. Not only was this one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time, the wait staff was incredibly attentive and helpful! I already cannot wait to go back! Easily one of the BEST espresso martinis (I watched the bar tender pull the espresso shot YUM!) and the short rib ragu was phenomenal

Server was very nice. Main dishes came out while we were still eating our starter. Had to let them sit there a bit which wasn’t ideal because sure they started to get cold.
