Long before "Farm to Table" became a contemporary restaurant philosophy, the Oneida Indians followed this practice through their tradition of "eating the seasons." Building their native cuisine through locally sourced and sustainable foods, the Oneida menu featured American Indian dietary cornerstones like the Three Sisters - corn, beans and squash - considered special gifts from the Creator and sustainers of life due to the essential nutrients they provided. The seasons provided an abundance of foods throughout the year. Today TS Steakhouse draws inspiration from these long-standing traditions of Oneida Indian cuisine and the history of utilizing and featuring seasonal ingredients in the presentation of our fine dining menu.
