                                  Excellent location, sadly it appeared there's a staff staff shortage, but two ladies who although rushed coped with the pressure and were delightfully. Food was good

                                  Wouldn’t recommend this if you want a nice time. The staff are beyond rude and act like it’s life ending just by asking standard questions. After being made to feel so uncomfortable we left.

                                  Very nice restaurant, we arrived early for our meal and they were able to accommodate us. It was our anniversary and they provided us with glasses of prosecco on our arrival. The waitress Dana was really nice and helpful, food was good and the overall experience was of a good standard. Would go again when in London. Recommended.

                                  They said they didn’t have my booking, but I had confirmed it with them just 24 hours before hand. My food was cold (pork belly), there were some clams unopened in the seafood lingiune and we wanted cocktails, they didn’t have everything on the menu and the old fashioned was pretty poor for £12.50!! Over all not good, wish I had booked elsewhere, won’t be returning!

                                  Wie gewünscht erhielt ich einen Tisch in einer Ecke, was für meine Hörbehinderug von grossem Vorteil ist. Auch verzichtet man auf Musik, grossartig und einmalig. Das Essen war sehr gut und der Service überaus freundlich

                                  I have been going to Tutton's with my mother for years, so much so that one of the managers and a few members of the wait staff recognise us. But our experience last week was not up to the usual standard. While one of our favourite servers took us to a nice table, before we could order someone asked us to please move as they had incorrectly sat us and someone else needed the table where we were (mind you, we had a reservation, and no one came to sit at the table we had been occupying first during our entire 2-hour meal). Later, this same staffer took chairs away from our table, annoyed we were using them for our bags. It also took almost an hour to get our meal, where my mother's "creamy mashed potatoes" were very, very dry. I'm not sure if this is because they were busy or if it had to do with training new staff, but sadly our excellent server's checking on our food and drinks and profusely apologizing couldn't make up for the rude staff rearranging our seating or the lackluster food.

                                  Phoned ahead to ask for a table that was special to us. Sat lunchtime. Coming in from Lincoln on train to meet with our family. Mitchel was brilliant! Arranged it all beautifully. All chose different meals, all were excellent. Truly delicious. Five stars Tuttons. We will be back ❤️

                                  Usually get a fairly good service but unfortunately it wasn't great on this occasion. We waited a good hour for food and when we chatted with the staff it felt like the order may have just been forgotten as no one was coming over to the table to query where our food was or if we'd ordered. It did come soon enough after we complained and they did offer us some complimentary drinks which was a nice touch. Won't stop me going as its generally pretty good 👍
