Since opening in 1996, Upstream Brewing Company has become well known for its great food, friendly service, terrific beer and casual upscale atmosphere. Featuring an extensive menu of new American pub fare including: Omaha’s best appetizers and thin-crust pizzas, pub favorites, superb steaks featuring hand cut “Omaha Steaks” beef, fresh fish, pasta dishes, main course salads, hearty sandwiches and, a great children’s menu. The fully stocked bars feature our award winning fresh, handcrafted beers and root beer on tap. An extensive wine list with over 100 selections has been recognized with multiple Wine Spectator Magazine Awards of Excellence.                   Menu was different than what we were used to so we couldn’t have any of our favorites which was disappointing! Otherwise, everything was okay!

                  We haven’t been to UpStream in 20 years. Our return visit did not let us down. Great Food and Great drinks. Only issue was that our table was upstairs but hostess did not offer to take the elevator instead of stairs. This guy with 2 bad knees does not do stairs well.

                  The food was really good, except the waffles on the buffet were hard as rocks. For those who ate off the menu, the food was delivered in a short amount of time. Our server was funny and kept our glasses filled.

                  Most of the buffet food was good, except for the prime rib. Is was overdone and tough on the outer inch, and the inner part was completely raw (not rare)

                  Went w a group of 10 day after Xmas. It was not very busy as we went at 5:00pm. Service was just OK. Friends didn't get requested soda refills and I was never asked if I wanted a second beer. Food was fair - friends liked the fish and chips and my burger was good. Salads were kind of skimpy.

                  Didn’t get seated until 15 minutes after our scheduled time and only after I reminded hostess that we were there. Our server was prompt, accommodating and friendly! Food was good but definitely could have been warmer. Thank you and Merry Christmas!

                  I had requested a low top table, as one of our guests uses a cane. When we go there they gave us a booth. But right away they found us a low top table that was more accessible. They still did this even though they were very busy and lots of reservations. Thank you for be so accommodating. Food and beer was great as well.
