    As always, the dining experience was as expected, good service, good food served directly from the kitchen promptly Our server, identified as AMBAR 2552 on our check was helpful and pleasant, and more than helpful in helping us adapt a menu item that all three of us ordered to omit a different ingredient for two of us, and leave as is for a third, and the kitchen complied perfectly. But the service went well beyond the expected when I made a mistake paying the bill. I had a Charcoal Group gift card with about $90 left on it, and wanted to use this up and pay the rest using a credit card. Totally my mistake, but I used the credit card first, and then realized that I should have used the gift card first. Our server instantly grasped the problem, but didn't know how to cancel the charge. Despite my telling her we would probably be back and use the gift card then, she brought a manager to our table, who then took on reversing the charge (apparently not easy for a restaurant, because they can't simply process a "return"). When this took longer than expected, and by this time the restaurant was quite busy with the "after work" crowd, our server came back and took my contact information, told me that the manager would call me back when she had reversed the charge, and would then take my payment information over the phone for the balance on the bill. That is indeed what happened, within about 20 minutes of our leaving. This process took considerable server and manager time, when the restaurant was quite busy, and it would have been understandable I had simply been told that reversing a charge was not possible. But Wildcraft staff went the extra mile (miles really), well beyond what was reasonable for me to expect, given the whole thing was my error. I am very appreciative of this effort. And of course we will be back!

    Food was excellent! Waitress very attentive & made helpful suggestions. Main dining room a bit too noisy so sat in the bar area. Perfect for a special occasion or just a night out with your friends. Highly recommend.
