We take food seriously. Every sauce and entree made from scratch, from hand breaded mushrooms, our famous blackberry butter made from local berries to all of our signature steak sauces. Only free range wild game and wild caught fish on our menu, except of course for our Mississippi catfish. Our Field to Fork Pledge is to source organic, fresh & local produce.
