Our restaurant is designed to serve equally as a venue for your intimate or large scale social or business events. We offer customized special event menu options including stampede packages and green options, which include sustainable menu options and biodynamic wine pairings. Every aspect of your event will be tailored to your specific wishes. Our experienced staff will ensure a seamless event, from music styling, flowers and event decor, photography recommendations, custom menu planning with chefs John Jackson and Connie DeSousa. The entire dining room can be booked for larger functions, while smaller groups can reserve our elevated, semiprivate podium or lounge area for cocktail receptions and dinners for hors d’oeuvres and small sharing plates. CHARCUT Roast House also works with neighboring Hotel Le Germain to accommodate larger groups in private event rooms.

While CHARCUT does not have a private room, we do offer our semi private dining room. This space offers flexibility to either open up to the energy of the restaurant or the option to close it off for an intimate dining experience. The semi private room is the perfect elevated area to host small dinners or receptions. Table configurations are flexible and cocktail rounds may be available. Food and beverage minimums may apply.

CHARCUT offers full restaurant buyouts for larger functions in a variety of set up styles for all your event needs. We can accommodate large receptions with passed hors d'oeuvres or upscale sit down dinners. The restaurant includes a full bar, rustic wooden communal table for large food displays, an open kitchen concept, local displayed art, custom chandeliers and dark wood accents to create the perfect setting for corporate parties, birthdays or weddings.

CHARCUT offers casual seating in the main dining area of the restaurant. We can seat up to 30 people at separate tables close to each other with the possibility to include our high top Communal table. This area works best for large plated or family style dinners and offers an open concept and spacious seating.Time restrictions may apply.

CHARCUT is located in the new Hotel Le Germain and offers a lounge area located on the main floor of the hotel. With a high top table perfect for plated hors d'oeuvres, a spacious open bar, floor to ceiling windows and cool accent lights, Central 899 offers an elegant atmosphere ideal for after work cocktails, bachelor and bachelorette parties and business meet-and-greets. Central 899 is open from 4 PM - 11 PM Monday through Saturday and 4 PM - 10 PM on Sundays.
